Subject Choice Assessments

Grade 9

Career guidance for subject choice assists Grade 9 learners to develop greater insight regarding their potential aptitudes and interests.  This process also assists in identifying the necessary subjects required in order to attain entry into their preferred avenue of study after school.

Career counselling assists learners to develop greater self-awareness regarding their potential aptitudes and interests. It also assists in identifying suitable career options and post-matric study programs.

Mid-Career

For adults in mid-career transition, Evolva Consulting offers an integrated career guidance approach using psychometric assessments as a base as well as drawing on the candidate’s own career and life history to ascertain their underlying strengths, interests and aptitudes. We assist people to find meaning in their work and discover what may be missing and how to fill those gaps.

Our Mid-Career Assessment Process:

  1. Our process begins with some pre-work 1-2 weeks before the session which the candidate brings along to the first session. This assists us to understand the case and the person better.
  2. The first session would include a psychometric assessment regarding personality, values and interests.
  3. The second session consists of a career discussion regarding the findings and the way forward in terms of possible career plans and goals. A report would also be provided at the career discussion/feedback session.
