Evolva Consulting Pty Ltd was founded by Loren Parmeggiani, an Industrial Psychologist with over 17 years of experience in psychometrics and assessments. As Evolva Consulting is classified as an EME it currently holds a level 4 BEE Status. As specialists in human capital consulting, Evolva Consulting uses a competency based approach focusing on best practice assessment processes. Evolva Consulting only utilizes tests that are classified with the HPCSA, ensuring full legislative compliance. We are keen believers in using an integrated and individualist approach and test batteries are customized according to individual roles and job specifications. Using the most up to date and scientifically based psychometric instruments, Evolva Consulting’s aim is to formulate a fair, objective and individualised assessment process in order to identify and nurture talent within your organisation.
